We say concentrate. even when we stare at ladies, the guys say: no lose focus so we won't deflect from our initial intention
We are correct tho, but it goes more profound than that. I pray you will stay focused as we tour this writing.
          Foremostly, what is concentration? Concentration is the ability to remain at maximum reach on what you are doing or intend to do until you finish. I emphasized the word remain because concentration is a steady act. You can't say you concentrated by leaving for the mall while cooking or playing a game while reading. Concentration is an activity that you commit yourself to until you complete the whole process.
Some think they have total awareness, but it's not true. Wait, let me ask you, what do you think causes the formation of dreams? From my experience, you experience the highest concentration level while sleeping. The concentration level we go through while sleeping is so high that it's possibly the state at which the human mind undergoes 100 per cent engagement in the dream; anything is possible with GOD, though. This extreme concentration while sleeping traces back to the past to get a series of events that occurred or will have occurred and leap forward into the future to show us what will happen. We will better understand GOD when we concentrate.
Do we know that we all are dead at the point of unawareness? The state at which we do not regularly bring ourselves into that continuous state of consciousness is called an inexistent state or death state. Try this at home, be conscious about a particular event, measure your success rate, and after some time, when you are yourself after being stupid for a while, measure the success you attained and give me the results for comparison. Did you measure the same success rate for both?
Concentration is a powerful tool that we all need. Concentration will stop accidents, prevent "Sapa" and "konji", and all you can imagine. 
       We fail because we don't concentrate. If we all knew that the Russian and Ukraine war would start a week before it started, I am sure we would have found solutions. Similarly, if we were aware of the catastrophe corona could cause we would have found a cure. No wonder GOD speaks to us in our quiet times. However, we don't get the message because we are often distracted. We will clearly understand what distraction means from the next paragraph.
Scientists said we can only access a little per cent of our brain at a time.
If it's true, it explains why we miss something else when we are doing something. For instance: when you are going to work, all your focus is on that work, so you dress prepared, and even if you forget something tailored to your workplace, you remember, but the painful thing is that you might have forgotten other things you were doing before leaving for work, and you'll remember when the rate at which you think about your work reduces, and when pieces of information such as cooking before leaving for work fills in, that's when you say "ohhhh, I was cooking oo". That is why I said it's almost impossible to focus cyclically. Even when dreaming, we can't concentrate and be conscious simultaneously. It's either 100 per cent concentration and zero per cent consciousness in deep sleep or a partial concentration and conscious experience when not sleeping deeply. I think it's why some escape death on the point of attack
I trust the person reading this though. I know you can provide a way we will be able to think cyclically.

 Even though we can't centre our focus on everything simultaneously, this step I am about to share guarantees an 85 per cent success rate. I've been using it since ten months ago and have gained numerous accomplishments. The;
First and vital step is to form a slogan from a piece of music or anywhere such that, when you say it, it sparks motivation and resilience inside of you, which keeps you concentrated.

The second step is to say your motivational motto continuously. Never stop because when you stop, distraction will make its way inside you subtly.
The third step is to schedule an alarm for every ten minutes, and the reason for this is to repeatedly remind us to say the slogan each time we forget. A ten-minute interval is a good one.

The fourth step is to increase the tempo of our slogan each time we feel distraction is coming. Even when we encourage ourselves, distraction still tries to set in, drive it off by shouting the slogan. Distraction can come in any way, not many ways. It can be so tricky that just by merely looking at the wall, you can start seeing a cockroach creeping, and without caution, your mind begins to feed on it, and you lose focus.
        I am not perfect, I still make scars, and even as I am writing against making flaws, I am still facing distraction, but guys, do you know the sweetest part of it? I did the writing while concentrating.
